Client Solutions Manager, Marketing Solutions (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Client Solutions Manager for its Marketing Solutions business on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with days in a LinkedIn office, and focuses on helping large, strategic advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with top‑tier customers, delivering consultative support aligned to their marketing goals.
• Partner with Account Directors to recommend LinkedIn solutions, insights and best practices that improve campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign data and provide strategic and tactical optimisation recommendations.
• Communicate new product capabilities, platform enhancements and industry best practices to drive customer success.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate on growth initiatives across the account portfolio.
• Advise on campaign planning, targeting, implementation, optimisation and reporting throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide guidance on creative and content best practices to maximise impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing strategic advertising or marketing accounts.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative approach, working closely with cross‑functional teams and regional partners.
