Client Solutions Manager – eCommerce (ANZ)

About the role

The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) for Meta’s Global Business Group partners with global brands across Australia and New Zealand to drive eCommerce growth. The role combines strategic consulting, data‑driven marketing, and cross‑functional project leadership to deliver ROI‑positive campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and the Client Partner to define Meta strategies, craft media plans, provide creative guidance and measurement recommendations.
• Build and nurture relationships with C‑suite executives, founders and internal leaders, influencing platform strategy for eCommerce businesses.
• Provide dedicated account management for top clients, developing, optimizing and supporting strategic account plans using data‑driven solutions.
• Develop vertical expertise through industry research, 1st‑party data, eCommerce platforms and attribution systems.
• Oversee campaign planning, execution, reporting and optimisation, managing budgets and delivering real‑time recommendations.
• Lead complex project workstreams, manage analytics dashboards and deliver daily performance insights across multiple accounts and countries.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience managing large‑scale client portfolios and building relationships with C‑suite executives.
• Proven track record in ad‑tech marketing technologies and implementation of Meta Business Suite.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with experience solving measurement and attribution challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives, identify revenue opportunities and adopt new tools such as AI.
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic, able to work independently under high intensity and urgency.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
