Client Solutions Director

About the role

Pureprofile is seeking a Client Solutions Director to lead new‑business acquisition across enterprise, agency, research and commercial markets. Reporting to the Head of Sales – Data & Insights, you will introduce and sell Pureprofile’s expanding data and insights portfolio while driving adoption of emerging products.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, network and develop strategic partnerships to generate new client accounts.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and close, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• Promote market adoption of new Pureprofile products and gather customer feedback for product development.
• Conduct consultative discovery sessions with senior decision‑makers, craft tailored proposals and deliver executive presentations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast sales and monitor pipeline health.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B new‑business sales experience in market research, data, insights, SaaS or technology.
• Proven track record of acquiring new customers and surpassing revenue goals.
• Experience launching and selling new products in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and presentation abilities.
