Client Services Officer

About the role

Lifecare Homecare, part of the APM Group, is seeking a Client Services Officer to join its Homecare team in Cloverdale, Western Australia. The role supports the Allied Health team by providing responsive clerical services to team members, stakeholders and the public, and works Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with weekends off.

Key responsibilities

• Handle telephone and email enquiries from team members, stakeholders and the general public
• Set up new patient records in the database
• Schedule patient appointments and assign practitioners to patients
• Maintain secure storage of patient records
• Take part in team meetings

Required profile

• Passion for delivering great customer service
• Professional and friendly telephone manner
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask
• Enjoys working in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• National Police Check required

Required skills

• Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite
