Client Project Manager – Payments & Digital Transformation

About the role

As a Client Project Manager within Cuscal's Client Delivery Group, you will lead a portfolio of complex client delivery initiatives spanning payments, compliance, digital transformation and product implementation. You will work closely with clients and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 4‑6 concurrent client projects, delivering on scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Partner with delivery squads and product teams to drive progress through Agile sprint cycles.
• Produce fortnightly internal and client status reports, steering committee packs and executive updates.
• Lead project kick‑offs, steering committee meetings and client workshops to ensure alignment.
• Build trusted client relationships through clear, professional communication.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering complex technology, digital or business change projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in customer‑facing environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience working in hybrid delivery environments that combine Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Commercial awareness and a solutions‑focused mindset.
