Client Manager

About the role

Meir, an Australian-owned supplier of premium tapware and bathroom products, is hiring a full-time, office-based Client Manager in Maribyrnong. The role owns the commercial result across the priority retail portfolio and turns the approved sales and marketing strategy into measurable, profitable client growth, setting the standard the Field Sales Manager and field team follow.

Key responsibilities

• Build and hold live growth plans for every priority client
• Lead senior client relationships and account reviews
• Translate approved strategy into clear priorities for the Field Sales Manager
• Track leading and lagging indicators and act before results slip
• Set the standard for field planning and commercial judgement
• Deliver a monthly report that reconciles to real numbers
• Coach and support the Field Sales Manager

Required profile

• Proven success growing B2B client relationships
• Fluent in gross margin, contribution and return on client investment, not just revenue
• Experience leading performance through another manager
• Comfortable moving between client work and analysis
• Clear communicator who backs opinions with evidence
• Available to work full time, five days a week, from the Maribyrnong office
