Client Executive

About the role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Super team in Brisbane. This hybrid role involves managing and growing a portfolio of corporate super clients, building trusted relationships, and delivering high‑quality employer and adviser experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate super clients, focusing on retention, account development and member growth.
• Build effective relationships with employers to support client satisfaction and long‑term partnership outcomes.
• Develop and deliver account plans aligned to client needs, including funds under management, member growth and net operating income.
• Lead client servicing activity, including issue resolution, ongoing communication, and support through onboarding and transition periods.
• Keep clients informed of relevant industry, regulatory and Mercer updates that may affect their superannuation arrangements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to team performance, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• RG146 compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in a senior client‑facing role within financial services or professional services, managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in superannuation with knowledge of industry trends, market developments and relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to develop account plans, support business growth and retention outcomes, and manage client issues effectively.

• Strong business acumen.
• Undergraduate qualification; postgraduate or professional qualifications viewed favourably.
