Client Executive

About the role

Mercer is looking for a Client Executive to join its Mercer Super team in Brisbane. This hybrid position requires at least three days per week in the office or on client sites and focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of corporate superannuation clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate super clients, emphasizing retention, account development and member growth.
• Build effective relationships with employers to support client satisfaction and long‑term partnership outcomes.
• Develop and deliver account plans aligned to client needs, including funds under management, member growth and net operating income.
• Lead client servicing activities such as issue resolution, ongoing communication and support during onboarding and transition periods.
• Keep clients informed of relevant industry, regulatory and Mercer updates that may affect their superannuation arrangements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to team performance, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• RG146 compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in a senior client‑facing role within financial or professional services, managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in superannuation with knowledge of industry trends, market developments and relevant legislative frameworks.
• Proven ability to develop account plans, support business growth and manage client issues effectively.
