Client Care Representative - Hearing Clinic, Chermside

About the role

Connect Hearing, a provider of hearing health care with a network of 180+ clinics nationwide and part of Sonova, is hiring a Client Care Representative for its Chermside clinic. You will provide exceptional service to a predominantly older clientele and help them manage their hearing health in a client-facing role that combines customer service with administration. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

This is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes
• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
• Provide administrative support to clinicians (audiologists/audiometrists)
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic efficiently
• Learn and use a range of software and applications

Required profile

• Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and administration
• Passion for delivering an excellent client experience
• Great communication and active listening skills
• Resilience, self-motivation and energy
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team, with a focus on results
• Intermediate computer skills
• An interest in learning about hearing aid features and basic repair and maintenance
