Client Care Representative – Brisbane

About the role

Join Neurosensory’s Brisbane CBD clinic as the welcoming face for clients on their hearing health journey. You’ll provide exceptional client care while handling essential administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage audiologists’ appointment schedule, including setting and rescheduling appointments.
• Greet clients, update client records, and answer phone calls and emails.
• Assist with client and doctor enquiries and ensure accurate billing of appointments.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices and perform other general office duties.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with patience.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate sound judgement.
• Resilient, self‑motivated, energetic and willing to cover occasional leave at other clinics.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills.
• Warm, collaborative, can‑do attitude.
