About the role
Join Tiffany & Co.'s new Chatswood store as a Client Advisor, delivering the iconic Tiffany experience to a diverse clientele. This full‑time position blends high‑end customer service with sales excellence in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively communicate with clients to provide a uniquely tailored and personalized Tiffany experience.
- Deliver an uncompromising luxurious service while maintaining efficiency in a high‑traffic setting.
- Contribute to store performance, elevate client development, and uphold the selling ceremony.
- Drive sales and consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Required profile
- Passion for customer service and sales, embodying the Blue Box ethos.
- 2‑3 years of experience in a sales or customer‑service role working toward targets.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with a diverse client base.
- Innovative mindset and willingness to think outside the box.
- Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours, including weekends, late nights, and holidays.
