About the role

Join the cleaning team at McQuoin Park, a residential aged care home in Waitara. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to a high standard.
• Support team members and promote a cooperative spirit.
• Follow all health, safety, and infection‑control policies.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for caring for older people.
• Strong communication and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to obtain a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
• Full work rights in Australia.
