Civil Supervisor – Moranbah

About the role

The Civil Supervisor based at the Moranbah depot will lead a team of track workers and road patrollers, overseeing day‑to‑day maintenance operations, crew scheduling and frontline leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage teams to meet targets, due dates and quality standards while ensuring safety and performance benchmarks are achieved.
• Track rosters, on‑time performance, safety metrics and deliverables against established standards.
• Provide daily management support, including leave review, disciplinary actions, performance investigations and risk management.
• Conduct job safety analyses and coach direct reports to achieve performance objectives and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experienced frontline leader in heavy industry, preferably with exposure to high‑risk environments and rail or rolling stock.
• Proven commitment to safety and ability to work within organisational values.
• Strong technical competence in operational tasks and ability to influence and motivate teams.
