Civil Supervisor – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

This full‑time permanent position is based on the Tonkin Highway North Ellenbrook Interchange Project. You will own allocated work areas, lead safe delivery of outcomes, and support a growing community of over 12,500 future homes.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Superintendent to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to high standards.
• Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
• Plan upcoming works, resources and site requirements.
• Drive a strong safety culture and lead by example.
• Build positive relationships with stakeholders and site teams.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to lead crews and subcontractors in a fast‑paced site environment.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and productivity.
• Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication.

Required skills

• Experience in roads, earthworks, drainage or major civil infrastructure projects.
