Civil Supervisor – FIFO Construction Project

About the role

PARC Engineering is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day civil construction activities on a FIFO site in Perth. You will work with a high‑performing team to deliver a Tier 1 client project in the resources sector, ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction tasks, coordinating plant, labour, materials and subcontractors.
• Ensure works align with project schedules, specifications and quality standards.
• Promote and enforce site safety procedures; conduct pre‑starts, toolbox meetings and inspections.
• Monitor productivity, report progress and liaise with project management, engineers and client representatives.
• Mentor crew members to maintain a positive team culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Civil Supervisor in mining, civil construction or infrastructure.
• Strong background in detailed and bulk earthworks, drainage, concrete footings, formwork, steel fixing and placement of in‑situ and precast concrete.
• Demonstrated leadership, WHS and quality compliance knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively in remote FIFO environments and hold a current driver’s licence.
• Valid Australian working rights.
