Civil Supervisor - Earthworks

About the role

ACCIONA Infrastructure seeks a Civil Supervisor – Earthworks to lead daily earthworks delivery across mining and infrastructure sites in Western Australia. Reporting to the Superintendent, you will manage crews, plant and subcontractors while ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence on a 2&1 FIFO roster between Kalgoorlie and Pilbara.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities to keep work safe and on program.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors and plant across work fronts.
• Enforce safety, quality and ACCIONA procedures on site.
• Resolve technical and workforce issues as they arise.
• Manage resources, risk and scope to protect the schedule.
• Lead and develop the team, delegating tasks to strengths.
• Report progress and performance to the project leadership team.

Required profile

• Experience supervising civil works.
• Background in earthworks, structures, drainage or concrete.
• Good with people and teams.
• Ready to work a 2/1 roster.
