Civil Supervisor (2x1 FIFO)

About the role

GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES), a process engineering consulting and contracting company serving the mining and mineral processing industries, is looking for experienced Civil Supervisors to supervise its civil contractors on major projects in Western Australia. The position suits supervisors with a proven record in supervising civil construction (concrete) on large, complex projects, preferably EPC-style. It is a temporary role with a 2x1 FIFO roster from Perth (other states considered), with weekly pay.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, provide proper training and support to all personnel and meet HSE standards
• Cultivate a positive, productive work culture for a diverse team of trades and contractors
• Review site plans to ensure alignment with project objectives throughout construction
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensure compliance with GRES/Client policies, industry standards and safe work procedures

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years' supervisory experience in civil construction
• Trade qualification essential
• Experience managing onsite contractors on large Tier 1 contracts
• Knowledge of current safety legislation and standards in construction and mining
• Valid National Police clearance and ability to pass a full medical and DAS
• S26, current first aid and white card
• Full and unrestricted Australian working rights and residence in Perth
