Civil Site Supervisor – Melbourne

About the role

Rokon, a leading civil contractor in Victoria, is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee the safe and successful delivery of civil construction projects across Melbourne. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will coordinate resources, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate plant, materials, and personnel to achieve project milestones.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure work meets Rokon’s quality standards.
• Lead safety compliance, enforcing Rokon’s safety protocols on site.
• Review and monitor budgets and key performance indicators, escalating issues as needed.
• Conduct site audits, client meetings, safety inspections, and project sign‑offs.
• Maintain accurate and timely project documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in civil construction (roads, subdivisions, or industrial sites preferred).
• Exceptional organisational and communication abilities.
• Strong focus on health, safety, productivity, and quality.
• Current OH&S White Card.
• Valid driver’s licence and full Australian work rights.
