About the role
EIR Labour Hire is hiring a civil labourer for temporary civil construction and earthworks work across Adelaide. The crew delivers infrastructure projects such as subdivisions, roadworks, utilities and infrastructure, and reliable workers get ongoing work across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with trenching, pipe laying and civil infrastructure works
- Spot plant and work safely around heavy machinery
- Use hand and power tools
- Install pits, pipes, conduits and drainage systems
- Carry out site preparation, clean-up and manual handling
- Assist operators and tradespeople with daily tasks
- Follow site safety requirements and take part in daily pre-starts
What we offer
- $36.66 per hour plus a $22.41 travel allowance per day, super, overtime and travel allowance where applicable
- Hours 7AM to 3PM, Monday to Friday, starting 30 July 2026
- Weekly pay with timesheets submitted correctly
