Christmas Casual Hospitality Roles at Qantas Lounge

About the role

Join Accor’s vibrant team delivering premium service in Qantas airport lounges during the busy Christmas season. Positions run from October 2026 to February 2027 with the possibility of ongoing part‑time or full‑time work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide memorable service to all lounge guests, including food and beverage service.
• Clear tables, maintain tidy service areas and buffet stations, and perform cleaning duties.
• Support barista, bar and à‑la‑carte service, and serve beverages using tray service.
• Load and unload service trolleys with glassware, cutlery and crockery.
• Collaborate with Front of House, Culinary and Stores teams while carrying trays efficiently.
• Uphold Qantas brand standards, food hygiene, and workplace safety.

Required profile

• Friendly, customer‑focused attitude with a passion for exceptional experiences.
• Full working rights in Australia and flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
• High standards of grooming, personal presentation and communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work well in a team.

Required skills

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
