Chief Operating Officer – Professional Services

About the role

Our client, a respected professional services firm operating across regional and metropolitan Australia, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to drive the next phase of growth. The COO will partner with the partnership group to shape strategy, improve performance and lead key operational functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead people & culture, finance, marketing, IT, governance and overall operations.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee M&A activity, including target identification, due diligence and post‑integration.
• Ensure enterprise alignment across a geographically dispersed business.
• Drive continuous improvement of systems, processes and organisational performance.
