About the role
Naia Health is hiring a Chief of Staff to its CEO, working directly with the Founder and CEO of a fast-growing, early-stage company. It is an on-site, full-time role in Sydney that acts as an extension of the CEO, helping prioritise decisions, push initiatives forward and remove friction across the organisation. - Research industries Naia operates in or considers entering, and develop structured recommendations and strategic options.
- Take ownership of high-priority projects end to end.
- Manage the CEO's schedule, priorities and inbound communications, and screen emails, messages and calls.
- Prepare the CEO for interactions with investors, advisors, board members and external stakeholders, including briefings and follow-ups.
- Represent the CEO in meetings when he is unavailable and ensure outcomes are followed through.
- Lead and support hiring across the organisation, including interviews and candidate assessment.
- Travel with the CEO for work trips, meetings and site visits.
- Manage and support the CEO's performance and health, and support his charitable activities.
- Support broader operational needs, such as time in clinics, sales or customer support, and handle practical tasks as needed.
- Early on, share some Executive Assistant duties, then eventually hire, train and manage an Executive Assistant.
Required profile
- Must be 18 or older; formal qualifications or experience are not required.
- Extreme ownership, exceptional organisation, reliability and follow-through.
- Clear written and verbal communication with senior executives, clinicians, investors and partners.
- Intellectual curiosity, loyalty, discretion and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Ambition to grow into senior leadership over time.
The CEO is in his mid-20s, the role involves travel and an NDA is required on commencement. The scope is broad and will evolve as the company grows.
