Chief Commercial Officer

About the role

The Chief Commercial Officer will lead revenue growth and profitability across CloudTech Group’s suite of platforms, including CloudTechX, CobWeb Pay, and CloudTech Custody. Reporting to executive leadership and the board, the CCO will shape and execute the company’s commercial strategy on a global scale.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and profitability across all business lines, managing investment budgets and resource allocation.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for CloudTechX, CobWeb Pay, and CloudTech Custody, identifying new market opportunities worldwide.
• Design customer segmentation and acquisition strategies for institutional and retail segments, and create go‑to‑market plans for new products.
• Lead M&A initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and represent the group in industry and regulatory forums.
• Ensure cross‑platform operational alignment, establish growth KPIs, and oversee digital transformation projects to improve customer experience.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years in senior commercial roles, with at least 5 years at C‑suite or VP level, delivering $50M+ annual revenue.
• Deep expertise in fintech, financial services, or digital assets, including payment processing, custody services, and multi‑jurisdictional regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in strategic growth, business development, M&A, and building partnerships with financial institutions and technology providers.
• Experience in customer segmentation, go‑to‑market strategy, and revenue optimisation for both B2B and B2C markets.
• Successful international market expansion and scaling operations across diverse regulatory environments.
• Strong operational leadership, digital transformation experience, and P&L accountability.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and regulatory engagement.
