About the role
Eureka Villages, one of Australia's leading providers of independent living communities, is looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join its Wynnum village. The role is permanent and full-time, 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary of $75,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation. The chef prepares home-style meals that residents genuinely appreciate.
Required profile
- A trade qualification in commercial cookery.
- Food Safety Supervisor certification.
- Experience preparing nutritious, home-style meals.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen compliance.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative village team.
- Caring, friendly and professional approach when interacting with residents.
