Chef - The Morris Hotel

About the role

The Morris Hotel, owned and operated by ALH (part of Endeavour Group), is looking for a passionate full-time chef to join its kitchen team. The role plays a key part in creating memorable dining experiences for guests, with a focus on quality, presentation and the ALH standard.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes that impress guests
• Contribute positively to a culture centred on safety and hygiene, keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything
• Maintain a consistent standard of high-quality, well-presented dishes that meet the ALH standard

Required profile

• Great experience working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Necessary trade cooking qualifications
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently, including manual handling such as moving stock, kegs and deliveries
