About the role

ALH, owned by Endeavour Group, is looking for a passionate chef to join the kitchen team at Pioneer Tavern in South Penrith, NSW. The role is central to creating memorable dining experiences for guests, and the employer describes it as a hands-on position.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes that impress guests
• Contribute positively to a culture centred on safety and hygiene, with the guest experience at the heart of everything
• Maintain a consistent standard of high-quality, well-presented dishes that meet the ALH standard

Required profile

• Great experience working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Necessary trade cooking qualifications
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently, such as moving stock, kegs and deliveries
