Chef de Partie – Epicurean

About the role

Epicurean is Crown Sydney's premium dining destination, with open-style live kitchens, global cuisines and a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Crown Resorts is looking for experienced full-time Chef de Parties to join its team. You will report to the Sous Chef and the kitchen leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead your designated kitchen section during preparation and service.
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
• Support daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Maintain exceptional culinary standards, presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a high-performing Demi Chef.
• Experience in Western hot and cold kitchen operations, sushi preparation and wok sections.
• Experience in a quality restaurant, hotel, resort or high-volume dining environment.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
