About the role
Join the culinary team at Rydges Adelaide and deliver high‑quality dishes across all services, supporting the restaurant’s standards and guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Produce high‑quality dishes in line with restaurant standards.
- Maintain strong recipe knowledge and ensure portion control.
- Monitor food storage, rotation, cleanliness and WH&S compliance.
- Care for and maintain kitchen equipment.
- Foster a collaborative, respectful environment within kitchen and service teams.
Required profile
- 2+ years experience as a Chef de Partie.
- Solid understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Passion for quality produce and well‑executed dishes.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Commitment to high standards of hygiene, safety and presentation.
