About the role

Join the culinary team at Elysium Noosa Resort’s Cibaria Noosa kitchen, located steps from Noosa Main Beach. As a Chef De Partie you will prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards in a high‑volume, luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, season, and cook food according to menu specifications.
• Plan and organise food preparation across service periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Store food correctly and manage stock rotation to minimise waste.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and checking kitchen supplies.
• Support menu execution for functions, conferences, weddings, and special events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant commercial cooking experience or a Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery.
• Proven experience performing duties consistent with the occupation of Chef.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen.
