We are looking for a passionate Chef to join the dynamic kitchen team at Settlers Inn, part of the ALH portfolio. You will play a pivotal part in creating memorable dining experiences that excite and delight our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high‑quality dishes that wow our guests.
• Contribute positively to a culture centred on safety, hygiene and guest experience.
• Maintain consistent standards of high‑quality, well‑presented dishes that align with ALH standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Relevant trade cooking qualifications.
• Strong organisation and communication skills to achieve the best outcomes for guests and the team.
• Passion, precision and productivity to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
