About the role

The Wealth Manager (Chargé de patrimoine) will cover the entire Somme department (80) on an itinerant basis, representing Groupama Paris Val de Loire. The role combines prospecting, selling, and managing a portfolio of around 500 life and non‑life insurance clients, while providing tailored financial and retirement solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, acquire and retain a portfolio of approximately 500 clients across the department.
• Generate new business primarily through client referrals and networking.
• Analyse client needs in savings, retirement and protection and propose personalized solutions.
• Participate in specific commercial actions related to the activity.
• Provide guidance to Wealth Management Advisors on offers outside the core portfolio.
• Promote the company’s image and reputation in the local market.

Required profile

• Higher education with significant experience in selling savings, retirement or insurance products.
• Strong field orientation, customer‑service mindset and proven negotiation abilities.
• Autonomous, active listening, and a proactive, conquest‑driven attitude.
• Willingness to undergo several weeks of internal training in wealth‑management practices.
