Channel Partner Manager

About the role

Sleek is seeking a Channel Partner Manager to expand its presence in Australia by building high‑performing partnerships across fintech, SaaS, eCommerce and the broader SME ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach high‑potential channel partners across Australia, maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospects.
• Own the partner journey from outreach through onboarding, ongoing growth and commercial negotiation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to activate new partners quickly and monitor acquisition performance and ROI.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hunter‑profile experience in SMB business development, corporate sales or outbound partnerships within fintech, SaaS or tech startups.
• Proven track record of meeting aggressive quota targets for partner acquisition and revenue generation.
• Established network of contacts across Australia’s SME hubs, accelerators, fintech circles and eCommerce networks.
• Strong commercial acumen, ability to pitch complex value propositions and close deals autonomously.

Required skills

• Deep acquisition‑based experience unlocking SMB or mid‑market segments through channel and indirect distribution models.
• Data‑driven decision making and ability to handle objections and negotiate partnership terms.
