Change & Release Manager

About the role

Wrap Technology is looking for a Change & Release Manager to join its team at a pivotal moment, helping shape how technology change is governed, managed and delivered across more than 20 technology squads. The role works closely with Delivery, Engineering, Production Support and Risk teams to drive continual improvement and embed best practice. It is open to NSW, VIC or TAS and is a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Change and Release Management framework across Wrap Technology
• Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities and release governance forums
• Manage the release calendar and coordinate technology releases across multiple teams
• Assess risk, readiness and deployment plans to support successful releases
• Drive process improvements, reporting and operational maturity initiatives
• Partner with technology, risk and business stakeholders to improve delivery outcomes
• Support automation and modern release management practices

Required profile

• Experience in Change Management, Release Management or Environment Management, with a focus on building process maturity
• Experience managing technology change and software releases
• Knowledge of ITIL Change and Release Management practices
• Experience facilitating CAB forums and making risk-based decisions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• A continuous improvement mindset that balances governance and delivery outcomes
