Change Manager – ANJ

About the role

Join Kraft Heinz’s Global Business Services team as a Change Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will help shape and deliver change initiatives across the organization, working in a hybrid model with three days in the office and two days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage the overall change approach and detailed plan aligned to program goals, milestones, and timelines.
• Integrate change activities into day‑to‑day program planning, meetings, and delivery schedules across multiple teams.
• Identify and engage global stakeholders, building practical engagement plans and securing leadership sponsorship.
• Assess impacts on people, processes, technology, and skills, turning findings into targeted actions and adoption metrics.
• Develop and deliver clear communications, supporting materials, and training resources, and track adoption to guide improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience planning and delivering change programs in complex, global organisations.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with a wide range of stakeholders and ability to coach senior leaders.
• Ability to spot risks, resistance, or adoption issues early and take corrective action.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, HR, Organisational Psychology, Communications or equivalent; change‑management certification preferred.
• Eligible to work in Australia with full working rights.

Required skills

• Change‑management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP/CCMP) – preferred.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training development.
