Change Manager – Global Business Services

About the role

Join Kraft Heinz’s Global Business Services team as a Change Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will lead change initiatives across the organization, working closely with senior leaders and global stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technology, and ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage the overall change approach and detailed plan aligned to program goals, milestones, and timelines.
• Integrate change activities into day‑to‑day program planning, meetings, and delivery schedules across teams.
• Identify key stakeholders globally, build engagement plans, and secure leadership sponsorship.
• Assess impact on people, processes, technology, and skills, turning findings into targeted actions.
• Develop and deliver clear communications, supporting materials, and training resources while tracking adoption metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience planning and delivering change programs in complex, global organisations.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with ability to tailor engagement for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to spot risks, resistance or adoption issues early and take corrective action.
• Excellent communication skills, simplifying complex change into clear messages and materials.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Business, HR, Organisational Psychology, Communications) and change‑management certification preferred.
