Organisational Change Management Lead – ANZ Business Transformation

About the role

We are undertaking a major ANZ business transformation to reshape how our teams work, how processes operate, and how the business is enabled for the future. As the Organisational Change Management Lead, you will drive the people and change agenda, ensuring the organisation is ready to adopt new ways of working and capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the organisational change strategy across the ANZ transformation programme.
• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to build alignment, engagement and ownership.
• Identify business and people impacts and translate them into practical change and readiness plans.
• Lead communications, engagement, training and adoption activities for impacted teams.
• Track and communicate change progress, priorities and risks to programme leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading organisational change, business transformation or large‑scale implementation programmes.
• Strong understanding of business processes, operating models and the impact of change on people.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
