Change and Training Lead – Hybrid (Geelong)

About the role

The Change and Training Lead will drive the people side of WorkSafe’s Claims System Modernisation Initiative, ensuring a smooth transition to a new CRM platform. This fixed‑term, hybrid role combines strategic change management with the design and delivery of training programmes for internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies and training plans for a large‑scale technology transformation.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team within a matrix environment to deliver change and training outcomes.
• Conduct Change Impact Assessments and document outcomes to shape business readiness activities.
• Create artefacts such as case for change, stakeholder analysis, training needs analysis, communications plan, and transition plan.
• Engage with sponsors and senior business leaders to identify and mitigate people risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in change management and learning design within complex, technology‑focused projects.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to influence senior and executive level stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams.

• Annual salary of $152,556 plus 12% superannuation.
• Hybrid work arrangement – three days per week in the Geelong office.
