Change and Communications Lead

About the role

Join the Project Management Office at My NRMA as a Change and Communications Lead, supporting the Digital Agile Release Train (DART). You will translate technical and product changes into clear, audience‑specific messages and drive adoption across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an integrated DART change, communications and engagement plan aligned with the release roadmap and sprint cadence.
• Conduct stakeholder and impact assessments, identify business impacts and coordinate messaging windows.
• Translate technical changes into plain‑language communications for leaders, frontline and contact‑centre teams.
• Prepare FAQs, briefing packs, learning modules and knowledge content for customer‑facing releases.
• Plan and run Agile engagement activities such as showcases, lunch‑and‑learns and feedback sessions.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience in change management and/or internal and external communications.
• Change‑management certification (Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent) with practical Agile experience.
• Proven ability to work in an Agile/SAFe delivery model and embed change within an Agile Release Train.
• Strong stakeholder management across product, technology, legal, compliance and frontline teams.
