Change and Communication Specialist

About the role

LDK Seniors Living is seeking a Change and Communication Specialist to drive change initiatives across the organisation. Reporting to the Change and Communication Manager, you will work hands‑on with project teams, frontline staff and senior leaders to ensure change is understood, adopted and sustained.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver change activities for allocated initiatives, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, training design and adoption follow‑through.
• Create clear, audience‑appropriate communications and artefacts such as communication plans, FAQs, leader briefings and training materials.
• Build toolkits, templates and support resources that enable teams to navigate change confidently.
• Facilitate workshops, briefings and training sessions for frontline employees and leaders.
• Coordinate with Operations, Business Transformation and support functions to identify overlaps, dependencies and risks.
• Monitor readiness and adoption, capture feedback and continuously improve tools and delivery.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in change management, communications, business or HR, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience delivering change and communication across multiple concurrent initiatives in fast‑paced, complex environments.
• Full‑cycle change expertise from impact assessment to training, leader enablement and adoption tracking.
• Ability to work with frontline staff and senior leaders, adapting communication for limited time or non‑native English speakers.
• Strong writing skills to translate complex information into practical, clear materials.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of change frameworks such as Prosci.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Ability to create visual assets using Canva.
• Familiarity with AI tools (optional).
