About the role
The Change Analyst will support the migration of acquired entities into Oracle and align project financial management practices across APAC. Working closely with the project team and end users, you will drive change impact assessments, develop training programs, and manage communications to ensure smooth adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver change, communications and training initiatives for the EARTH Program.
- Analyse stakeholder impacts, readiness and adoption risks.
- Manage the EARTH Training Program, including needs analysis, material improvement and rollout.
- Lead the EARTH Communications & Engagement Program, planning and executing communication activities.
- Provide progress updates, change management reporting and maintain the EARTH knowledge portal.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in project or transformation environments.
- Interest in helping people adopt new ways of working.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Organised, detail‑oriented with ability to manage competing priorities.
Required skills
- PROSCI or other change‑management certification.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems.
- Knowledge of AI applications in change management (optional).
