Catering Sales Manager – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

An exciting 12‑month fixed‑term opportunity to lead catering sales for Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, covering parental leave. Reporting to the Director of Catering & Conference Services, you will drive revenue across all market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximise revenue while meeting client needs.
• Finalise bookings, upsell across all revenue‑producing areas.
• Collaborate with catering planners and hotel operations to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with on‑site AV and external suppliers for events.
• Align sales efforts with catering to optimise function space utilisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in events sales within a large operation.
• Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills with internal and external clients.
• Solid knowledge of the local market.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard computer systems.
