Category Marketing Lead

About the role

MECCA is looking for a Category Marketing Lead to shape and deliver omni‑channel campaigns that connect customers with top beauty brands. Reporting to the Marketing team, you will own end‑to‑end execution of category and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and brand DNA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of omni‑channel campaigns for category and brand partners across MECCA’s portfolio.
• Develop and implement annual marketing plans for strategic brands in collaboration with internal stakeholders and brand partners.
• Partner with Brands & Buying teams to align marketing activities with category priorities and growth opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for brands, managing briefs, campaign development and cross‑functional delivery.
• Provide post‑campaign analysis, insights and recommendations to optimise future performance.

Required profile

• 4+ years of marketing experience in a brand or agency setting, preferably retail or omni‑channel.
• Proven track record of delivering multi‑channel campaigns with strong commercial results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication and project‑management capabilities, able to balance multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
