Category Manager – Power Tools Accessories

About the role

We are looking for a driven Category Manager for Power Tools Accessories to join Bosch’s Power Tools division at our Clayton headquarters. In this 12‑month role you will own the commercial performance of key accessories categories across Oceania, working closely with sales, supply chain, finance and global stakeholders to drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategy, pricing and product portfolio for Power Tools accessories in Oceania.
• Analyse market data and sales performance to identify growth opportunities and improve market share.
• Collaborate with sales teams and key account managers to support major retail customers and launch new products.
• Work with supply chain and finance to ensure profitable inventory levels and margin targets.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform commercial decisions.

Required profile

• Commercially minded professional with experience in product strategy, category management or similar commercial roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Clayton and travel within Oceania as needed.
