Casual Sales Assistant – Smiggle Store

About the role

We are looking for a fun‑loving, customer‑oriented Casual Sales Assistant to join the Smiggle store in Erina. You will help create an exciting, colourful shopping experience for customers of all ages while representing the Smiggle brand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a joyful, brand‑consistent experience to every customer.
• Collaborate with team members to meet individual and store sales targets.
• Assist with stock management, keeping the store organised and tidy.
• Set up and maintain colourful visual merchandising displays and promotions.
• Follow company policies to minimise stock loss and ensure smooth store operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service with a strong focus on delivering outstanding experiences.
• Confidence in approaching, connecting with, and selling to customers.
• Integrity and a commitment to doing things the right way.
• Enthusiasm for teamwork in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
