Casual Personal Care Worker - Gisborne Oaks

About the role

Gisborne Oaks, a residential aged care home in Gisborne, Victoria, is looking for experienced Personal Care Workers (PCWs) on a casual basis. The home looks after about 100 residents and offers multiple casual opportunities with flexible AM, PM and night shifts. PCWs deliver person-centred care that helps older Victorians live their best lives.

Required profile

• Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or Aged Care, or a related qualification, or completed the first year of nursing studies and placements
• Experience working in an aged care environment
• A genuine passion for caring and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race or sexual orientation
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or the ability to obtain one
