About the role
Genea, an Australian provider of fertility treatments, is looking for an experienced, qualified Pathology Collector for its Kent Street clinic. The position is part-time, working mornings five days a week (Monday to Saturday).
Key responsibilities
- Collect blood in the appropriate tubes.
- Complete the required paperwork and data entry for pathology tests.
- Perform blood collections with minimal discomfort to the patient.
- Use the daily treatment summary or patient management software to identify the tests requested.
- Keep the blood collection rooms clean, tidy and restocked.
Required profile
- An experienced and qualified Pathology Collector with on-the-job experience.
- A genuine enjoyment of providing excellent patient care and customer service.
