Casual Merchandiser - Keilor, VIC

About the role

Nestlé is hiring a casual Merchandiser based in Keilor, Victoria, to represent its brands in-store across the grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths and independents). The role is casual, running Wednesday to Friday for 12 to 18 hours per week, with extra hours available during peak times. Travel is a big part of the job, so an unrestricted driver's licence and your own vehicle are required.

Key responsibilities

• Drive around the territory and represent Nestlé in the grocery channel
• Build displays, secure space and drive strong in-store execution
• Partner with Store Managers to deliver strong commercial outcomes
• Follow a weekly plan, with the option to work extra hours during peak periods
• Work independently on the road, supported by your Territory Sales Manager

Required profile

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
• Valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
• Comfortable lifting, moving and building displays
• Comfortable using a mobile device to document work and capture display highlights
• Lives in the local area and enjoys working independently
• Organised, safety-focused and motivated to deliver strong results
