Casual Merchandiser - Epping / Lalor Area

About the role

Nestlé is hiring a casual merchandiser in the Epping / Lalor area of Victoria to represent its brands in-store across the grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths and independents). This is a casual position, Wednesday to Friday, around 12 to 18 hours per week, with the option to work extra hours during peak times. Travel is a big part of the role, so an unrestricted driver's licence and your own vehicle are required.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Nestlé in-store across the grocery channel, building displays, securing space and delivering strong in-store execution.
• Partner with store managers to influence and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
• Follow a weekly plan, with the opportunity for extra hours during peak periods.
• Document your work and capture display highlights on a mobile device.

Required profile

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Comfortable lifting, moving and building displays.
• Comfortable working independently on the road and living in the local area.
• Organised, safety-focused and motivated to deliver strong results.
