Casual Housekeeper – Flexible Shifts

About the role

Join the Avani Cypress Lakes Resort housekeeping team on a casual basis, working flexible rotating shifts to maintain high standards of cleanliness for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including bed making, vacuuming, and bathroom sanitation.
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks within allocated hours and meet daily targets.
• Use specialised cleaning equipment safely, following provided training.
• Collaborate with team members and adhere to safety and environmental protocols.

Required profile

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail, good physical fitness and stamina.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided).
