Casual Food & Beverage Attendant – Red Hill

About the role

We are looking for vibrant and personable Food & Beverage Attendants to join our award‑winning team on a casual basis at Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill. You will be the warm, welcoming face of our restaurant and events spaces, delivering memorable dining experiences in a stunning vineyard setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests in the restaurant and at events.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
• Assist with set‑up and breakdown for events and functions.
• Handle cash and process payments in accordance with RSA requirements.

Required profile

• Enjoy interacting with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Curious about food, wine and local produce.
• Well‑presented, reliable and punctual.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Own transport and unrestricted work rights in Australia.
• Available to work weekends, public holidays and special events (e.g., Christmas, Easter, New Year’s Eve).

Required skills

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (or willingness to obtain).
